Open box but everything was spotless, and the broiler browned a whole chicken beautifully. The presets make switching between microwave and convection easy, and it’s already replaced three appliances on my counter.

The air fryer function crisps up frozen fries perfectly, and I love not needing a separate appliance on my counter. This open box model was a great deal for the 3-in-1 versatility.
