Vivitar 52mm Multicoated UV Protective Filter

I've been using this UV filter as a permanent lens protector for months now and it hasn't affected image quality at all—the multicoating really cuts down on flare. It's sturdy enough that I don't worry about dust or scratches when hiking.

The multicoated glass is noticeably sharp and doesn't introduce any glare or color cast that I can see. It's been a great peace of mind knowing my lens is sealed from dust without sacrificing image quality.

Put this on right away and it fits perfectly—no vignetting even on my wide-angle lens. Nice to have that extra layer of protection against dust and fingerprints without affecting image quality. Feels solid and well-made for the price.
