Deco Gear ホームジム 7点フィットネスキット レジスタンストレーニング、ストレッチセット、グリップ強化

I love that the jump rope handles have actual weight to them—it makes cardio feel more like a full workout. The push-up bars are nice and wide too, so I can do different grips without straining my wrists.

The weighted jump rope handles give just enough heft to feel the burn in my shoulders, and the push-up bars keep my wrists comfortable even on carpet. I've been using this kit for a few weeks now and already noticing better definition in my arms.

The weighted jump rope feels surprisingly solid during my cardio sessions, and the push up bars add a nice challenge to my usual floor work. It's a compact set that covers both strength and endurance training.
