General Brand 58/52mm ステップダウンリング

Finally got around to testing it with my 52mm lens hood and the threads engage smoothly right out of the box. The anodized finish feels sturdy, no wobble or cross-threading when I switch between filters. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do for a fair price.

Ended up needing this to slap a 58mm filter on a 52mm lens, and the step ring screwed on without any wobble or cross-threading hassles. The two threads both engage cleanly, so swapping between my hood and a converter takes seconds now.

The threads are machined perfectly smooth, so screwing this onto my lens and attaching a filter takes half the effort of the cheap adapters I've used before. It's solid and doesn't wobble at all once it's seated.
