Finally, a lens hood that actually stays locked on without any wobble. The contrast improvement in backlit shots is immediately noticeable, and the tulip design doesn't block my wide-angle view.

The metal build feels solid and the bayonet mount clicks on with zero wobble. Shooting into the sun, the contrast held up way better than with my old rubber hood, and the extra depth actually kept a bit of drizzle off the front element during a hike. Worth it for the protection alone.

Finally got one of these after fighting glare for too long, and the hard plastic build feels solid enough to handle a bump in my bag. It snaps on securely and I’ve already noticed cleaner contrast in my midday shots.
