Evelyn H. ★★★★★

The packaging had a few scuffs but the TV itself looks flawless, and the 65-inch screen is massive in my living room. The 8K picture is incredibly sharp, even on regular HD channels, and the setup was surprisingly quick for a smart TV.

Sofia Z. ★★★★★

Even as an open box, the 8K upscaling on this Neo QLED makes standard 4K content look sharper than I expected. It took about 15 minutes to set up the Neural Quantum Processor, but the picture quality during a dark movie scene was incredible.

Ava ★★★★★

Got the open box unit and the 8K upscaling on this thing is genuinely wild—standard cable looks sharper than I expected for a 65 inch panel. The Neo QLED brightness in my bright living room is a huge step up from my old set, and it was easy to dial in the picture settings. Only downside was the box
