The blend of hickory, cherry, maple, and oak gave my pork shoulder a wonderfully balanced, not-too-smoky flavor that everyone noticed. The pellets burned evenly and produced clean smoke for the whole cook, which was about three hours. I'm impressed with how little I needed to use for such rich taste

Used these for a brisket and the smoke flavor was noticeably richer than with standard pellets. That half-cup measurement really does go a long way—I got three full cooks from one bag without any issues.

The blend of hickory, cherry, maple, and oak gave my ribs a really balanced, not-too-smoky flavor. I used about half a cup per cook, and the pellets burned cleanly without any weird chemical taste. First time using woodfire pellets and I’m impressed with how little you need for a full session.
