Even though it was open box, the basket slides in and out smoothly and the controls are super responsive. I've already used it for crispy sweet potato fries and chicken wings in the first week, and it heats up noticeably faster than my old countertop oven.

The stainless steel finish looks great on my counter and wipes clean easily, and the 6-quart basket has been plenty for cooking for two with leftovers. First batch of fries came out perfectly crispy in about 15 minutes, no shaking needed halfway through.
